Grace Dvornik is a yacht, estate, & private jet chef from Clearwater, Florida.

Growing up cooking in her grandparent’s kitchen, Grace draws inspiration from family recipes, chef friends and mentors, and her various international travels. She describes her culinary style as “upscale, down-home cooking” and strives to cater specifically to her client’s dietary requests while recreating their favorite meals with a personal flare in order to serve food that is meaningful or tells a story.

As a yacht chef, Grace has freelanced on private and charter yachts ranging from 60-130ft. throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, and East Coast USA. She is also experienced as crew on yacht deliveries, with over 8,000 nautical miles delivering sailing & motor yachts.

She has also worked as a personal chef and sous chef on private estates in New York, Nantucket, Utah, Idaho, Florida, and St. Barth’s, private islands in the Bahamas, and several luxury cattle ranches in Wyoming. In an effort to expand her skillset, Grace became a corporate flight attendant and takes pride in offering her chef services and enhanced hospitality to clients onboard their private jets.

Grace has had the privilege to work for an array of high profile clientele including innovators in technology, former U.S. politicians, owners of professional sports teams, and Middle Eastern royalty.

When not traveling for work, Grace is based in Clearwater, FL, where she enjoys recipe testing for friends & family and volunteering as a scuba diver at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. She takes pride in working with an Idaho-based mental health non-profit, Jae Foundation.
